Having joined the FOCOS Orthopedic Hospital in 2015, Henry Ofori Duah is currently the Senior Clinical Research Coordinator. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a Master of Public Health (Epidemiology and Disease Control) from the University of Ghana. His responsibilities at the research department includes but not restricted to coordination of international studies at the local site, research proposal writing, research support, data collection, analysis and writing of manuscripts.
Before his employment in at FOCOS, Henry engaged in other population based research projects and secondary data analysis. Henry has keen interest in clinical research and assessment of quality of health care. He regularly attends research data monitoring workshops, in order to develop his capabilities.
He is enthused about quantitative data analysis and secondary health data analysis. Besides clinical research practice, Henry is involved in other public health advocacy initiatives on social media platforms.
