INVITATION FOR TENDERS
FOCOS HOSPITAL
PROPOSED FOCOS SNF REHABILITATION CENTER, ACCRA REGION
1. FOCOS Hospital invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the Construction and
Completion of FOCOS SNF Rehabilitation Center on a plot allocated at the premises of the
hospital, Pantang, Accra.
2. The construction period for the whole works shall be Nine (9) months.
3. A complete set of Tendering Documents in English language may be purchased by interested
tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of
a non – refundable fee of GHC 800.00.
4. Payment can be made at Ecobank Ghana using the following account information: Account
Number: 1441002205804, Account Name: FOCOS OPD, Branch; Agrimat House,
Firestone, Madina. Alternatively, cash payments can be made at the hospital’s OPD.
5. Upon confirmation of payment, a digital copy of the tender documents will be provided to the
tenderer.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by valid and unexpired under listed statutory documents:

7. Tenders must be delivered to the physical address below at or before 10:00 a.m. 22 nd
October, 2024. Tender submission of one [1] original copy and Two [2] duplicated copies
clearly labelled and sealed. A softcopy of the bid should be added on pen drive. Late
tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in public in the presence of the tenderers’
designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below at 10:00
a.m. on 22 nd October, 2024.
8. Tenders shall be valid for Ninety (90) days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
9. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security from a reputable bank or Insurance
Company of an amount of not less than 2% of the Tender Price. Tender Security shall be
valid for 28 days beyond the validity period of the Tender.
