FOCOS Hospital Engages Graphic Group of Companies
Our team engaged management and staff of the biggest newspaper agency in Ghana, Graphic Communications Group Limited (GCGL) on Friday January 13, 2017.
The team comprised: Dr. Mahmud Rufai, a doctor at the hospital, Nana Kwame Osei Fordjour, Development Manager and Mrs. Edith Nkrumah, Chief Financial Officer at the hospital.
As part of the engagement visit, Dr.Mahmud Rufai gave a lecture on spine and joint care to management and staff of the GCGL. “Your muscles, bones and joints naturally deteriorate as you get older, by taking good care of your body throughput adulthood, you can lower your risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders,” Dr. Mahmud said.

Dr.Rufai stressed on the need to maintain a tall posture to prevent back pain; to be careful about lifting heavy objects and also minimize repetitive motions. In addition, he reiterated FOCOS Hospital’s commitment to bring relief to people suffering from disabling musculoskeletal disorders, including complex spine deformities and other orthopaedic problems as subsidized costs.
